ViewTrack is a web-based database tracking platform built in-house to fit INL Freight Forwarding programs. It extends our locally developed Cargo Management System to the web — giving authorized personnel worldwide real-time order and shipment status through secure, role-based access — from any browser, or installed as an app on any phone.
For security, shipment status is available only to authorized personnel after sign-in. Clients see only the shipments assigned to their region; warehouse staff and administrators manage records.
The system is based on reports from a locally developed Cargo Management System (CMS), a highly customizable MS Access database tailored to our operations.

The backend is organized into a Marketing module and a Configuration module.
